As a Front of House Team Member at Punch Pizza, you'll be the welcoming face of our restaurant. The Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in keeping Punch Pizza running smoothly during service. You'll lead and motivate your team, ensure food quality standards are met, handle customer concerns with professionalism, and support the General Manager with daily operations. Deliver fresh Punch Pizza to hungry customers across the Eagan area. You'll represent our brand with every delivery, ensuring orders arrive hot, accurate, and on time. Lead the entire Punch Pizza Eagan operation as our General Manager. You'll oversee hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, and customer experience.
